Friday November 28 – LIGHT UP AT HARBOUR QUAY festive fun will be had with activities including lighting of a forever tree, live music from local choirs, BBQ, hot chocolate, art-making and Santa on the holiday train. Tree lightning is at 5:45 p.m.
